The environment in which cybersecurity professionals work and thrive is one of the most dynamic and rapidly changing in the world of work. Forces such as geopolitics and the rapid pace of innovation create increasingly uncertain environments, while economic realities and uneven regulation can restrict workforce growth and development. Many studies seek to understand this dynamic. In this session, we look at two of them -- CyberSN's U.S. Cybersecurity Job Posting Data Report and ISC2’s Cybersecurity Workforce Study -- to uncover common trends, issues impacting our audience, and ways to address them.
