In this session, we’ll share next steps in evolving and elevating security practices by using a collaborative approach while delving into how a Fortune 1 company has integrated red and blue teams into a unified purple team to help enhance the organization’s security posture.
Attendees will learn how to break down silos, how to foster continuous communication and collaboration and how to devise practical steps, tools and processes that are necessary to establish a successful purple team program.

Develop ways to foster continuous communication and collaboration (e.g. joint red and blue team findings reports, standing up collaborative meetings, feedback sessions between two teams, and establishing common goals)
